Please read these carefully as purchasing items from our shop is acceptance of our terms and conditions

DELIVERY

Please double check the postage details you enter into the shop, if an error is made on your part and an item gets lost in transit a refund/replacement will not be offered. Please contact me ASAP if you have inputted your address incorrectly.

Deliveries to the UK are posted 2nd class Signed for and will usually arrive within 1-2 days of being posted - tracking will be automatically emailed to Yourself once your purchase is marked as dispatched. Should an item not arrive i ask if you could please wait atleast 10 working days to allow for delays. After that time i will follow up with Royal Mail, claim for a refund, dependent on the circumstances you may then be offered a refund/replacement.

International orders (inc. Ireland) will only be sent via Royal Mail international tracked and signed (between £10-£15 flat price). Royal Mail quotes 5 working days but delivery times can vary significantly depending on your location, this can sometimes be up to 3 weeks. Once the item is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking info.

If an item is RTS i send the next working day. Made to order items have a one week lead time.

We package our items carefully and cannot be held responsible for items damaged by the postal service, this would be your responsibility to claim from the postal service.

Returns/discounts/trades are not accepted. 

CARE, STORAGE & USE

Our items are intended as photography props ONLY, they are not intended for every day use and babies/children should never be left alone or unsupervised with our items nor should they be allowed to handle our items. 

We use mostly natural materials in our products, particularly in our tiebacks, these materials are often delicate and can be fragile. We recommend that you handle, use and store our products carefully to prolong their lifespan, we cannot be held responsible for items that perish due to incorrect handling, use or storage and natural wear and tear should be expected. 

Our natural materials can also vary and it is rare for two products to be exactly the same, sometimes items may vary slightly from a photo used to advertise them due to the availability of materials and variances.
